GENDER BASED VIOLANCE (GESI)

Our primary purpose is to safeguard the rights and well-being of child and women, and other people who were forced to flee. We support Rwanda to uphold their responsibility to ensure that people of concern are protected against GBV.
Across all our operations, we prioritize two mutually reinforcing objectives to address Gender Based Violence:

  • Reducing the risk of GBV for all persons of concern
  • Ensuring all survivors of GBV have adequate and timely access to quality services that meet their needs

WOMEN AND CHILD EMPOWERMENT

We need a world where every woman is able to use her voice, make her own decisions, and engage in economic opportunities.

We are dedicated to empowering women to achieve their full economic potential by inspiring both women and men to become advocates, change makers and leaders in their community. We equip them with resources, opportunities and a Rwanda platform that facilitates networking, learning and sharing of experiences.
